Our business and supply chain

OrbiSky develops software for space and aerospace operations. Our suppliers are primarily software, cloud, and professional service providers. We recognise that modern slavery risk can exist in any sector and country, and we seek to mitigate that risk within our operations and supply chain.

Our approach

We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We expect suppliers, contractors, and partners to uphold the same standards. Where appropriate, we include contractual terms requiring compliance with applicable labour laws and prohibiting slavery and human trafficking.

Due diligence and risk assessment

• We select suppliers with established reputations and transparent policies where available.
• We consider modern slavery risk when onboarding new suppliers and renewals.
• We review publicly available information and, where reasonable, request relevant assurances.
• We will take action if we identify credible concerns, including remediation steps or supplier exit.

Training and awareness

We aim to build awareness of modern slavery risks within our team. As the company grows, we will introduce proportionate training and onboarding materials for staff involved in purchasing and supplier management.

Measuring effectiveness

We monitor supplier relationships and update our controls as needed. We plan to develop lightweight internal checks, such as supplier risk flags during onboarding and periodic review for key suppliers.

• Publish a short supplier expectations statement.
• Introduce a simple supplier risk screen for higher-risk categories.
• Add standard anti-slavery wording to relevant supplier contracts as a default.
